These terms are an agreement between you and Viraj Chature, who runs Ninety at ninety.site. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them.

What Ninety is

Ninety is a web app for running a 90-day habit challenge: tracking habits, streaks, moods and focus sessions, a time capsule letter, and related tools. You can use it in a browser or add it to your phone's home screen.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give a real email address.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account is for one person.

Price and payment

• Access costs a one-time payment of ₹90 in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Pakistan and the Maldives, and US$9 everywhere else. The price is shown before you pay.
• It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices include any applicable taxes.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except for duplicate or failed payments as described in our Refunds & Delivery policy.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service. That includes trying to break into other accounts, overloading or reverse-engineering the app, copying or reselling it, or using it for anything illegal.

Not medical advice

Ninety is a motivation and tracking tool. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice. Challenges such as Clean 90 or Hard Mode are personal goals, not treatment. If you are struggling with your health, addiction or your mental wellbeing, please talk to a qualified professional.

Your content

What you write in the app (habits, notes, letters) belongs to you. You let us store and display it only so the app can work for you.

Our content

The app, its design, text, artwork and code belong to Viraj Chature. You may not copy or redistribute them.

Availability

We work to keep Ninety running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Setup → Account. Deleting your account does not make you eligible for a refund. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
