Privacy Policy

Ninety (ninety.site) is run by Viraj Chature. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password. Your password is stored only as a one-way scrambled hash; we can never see it.
- Your challenge: your habits, daily ticks and amounts, mood ratings, gratitude lines, time capsule letter, focus time and streaks. We store this so it syncs across your devices.
- Payment records: the order and payment IDs and the amount. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay. We never see or store them.
- Country: we look at the country your connection comes from to show the right price (₹ or $). We don't store it.
What we don't collect
- Anything you type in Vent. It stays on your screen and is destroyed there. It is never saved or sent to us.
- Advertising trackers, analytics profiles or data from other apps.
Why we use it
Only to run the app: to sign you in, save and sync your progress, take payment, answer your emails, and keep the service safe from abuse. We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising.
Who can see it
Only Viraj Chature can look up accounts, and only to give support or fix payment problems. That view shows your email, name, sign-up date, payment status and which day of the challenge you're on. It never shows your habits, moods, gratitude lines or capsule letter.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the app and its database.
- Razorpay processes payments under its own privacy policy.
- Resend delivers our emails, such as password reset links. It receives only your email address and the message.
We share data with anyone else only if the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. The app also saves a copy of your progress in your browser so it works offline. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and progress while your account exists. You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app under Setup → Account → Delete account. That immediately and permanently deletes your account and progress. Payment records are kept because tax law requires it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. You can delete everything yourself in Setup, or email support@ninety.site from the address on your account and we'll respond within 7 days.
Age
Ninety is for people aged 18 and over.
Grievances
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, write to our grievance contact, Viraj Chature, at support@ninety.site. We'll acknowledge it within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll tell you in the app.
